ADVANT Nctm’s Banking & Finance department, through its local offices in two countries (Italy and UK), handles some of the largest banking and financing transactions in the market by representing international and national banking groups, financing institutions, debt funds and other debt providers, private equity funds as well as other prestigious global borrowers.

Our Firm boasts prominent clients and high-calibre mandates, often complex and on a cross border basis involving the United Kingdom, France, Germany, India, China and the United States.
The Banking & Financing department focuses primarily on: Financing (both lender and borrower side and in its various forms, with a special focus on Project Finance, including PPP transactions, Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance and Shipping Finance), Regulatory, Debt Capital Markets, Securitizations (in particular NPLs), Debt Restructuring and ESG policies and green and sustainable investments.
