Ermelinda is a partner and her practice covers various aspects of EU and Italian competition law. She has gained extensive experience on merger reviews both at national and EU level, including several complex cases requiring remedies where she coordinated both the multi-jurisdictional merger control process as well as foreign investment filings and antitrust due diligences. She also has gained significant experience advising on antitrust investigations, both in the context of cartel and abuse of dominance allegations.

Ermelinda holds a PhD in EU law and has worked for several years in our Brussels and London offices during her career.
