Practice Areas
Erin Randolph-Williams, partner in the labor, employment & benefits practice, advises clients on their employee benefits–related problems including design, implementation, and administration of cash or deferred compensation arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements. She negotiates employment agreements and severance arrangements for senior executives and advises clients on all employee benefits and compensation-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, sales and spin-offs.
She lectures on executive compensation and equity compensation issues for continuing legal education programs and client seminars. She has experience working with a range of clients from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to US regional privately held startups.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, she was an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice of another international law firm.
