Eric Kadel, a recognized leader advising clients on U.S. economic sanctions and foreign investment issues involved in multi-billion dollar cross-border mergers, is one of the co-heads of the Firm’s International Trade and Investment practice. He also advises CFIUS national security reviews, Bank Secrecy Act/AML, FCPA, anti-boycott and other regulation of international trade and investment.
