Eric English

Eric English advises distressed companies in restructurings, workouts, and chapter 11 cases. He is skilled at navigating difficult and complex cases, including those with substantial litigation. He also counsels committees, secured creditors and purchasers of distressed assets. He has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, with significant experience in energy, healthcare, real estate, mining, and construction.

Eric serves on the firm’s Management Committee.

Eric's admissions include: Texas, Washington, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
