Practice Areas

Eric English represents corporate debtors along with creditors at all levels of the capital structure, including secured lenders and noteholders, unsecured bondholders and creditors' committees. He also frequently represents potential purchasers of assets in Section 363 sales. He has significant experience in a number of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, renewables, real estate, financial services, mining, and construction.

Eric's admissions include: Texas, Washington, Texas, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
