Jeremy Mouton focuses on advising E&P companies, private equity and direct investment firms, and lenders on a variety of corporate, transactional, and other commercial matters, with an emphasis on upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions and a variety of other energy matters. Jeremy has advised clients on some of the oil and gas industry’s larger conventional and unconventional acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, farmouts, DrillCo, and asset-backed securitization (ABS) transactions in recent years, including deals with a combined value of more than $45 billion.
Jeremy is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Oklahoma Bar Association.
