Jeremy has advised clients on some of the oil and gas industry’s larger conventional and unconventional acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, farmouts, DrillCo, and asset-backed securitization (ABS) transactions in recent years, including deals with a combined value of more than $45 billion.
Jeremy is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Oklahoma Bar Association.
