She has served as national coordinating counsel in a variety of nationwide putative class actions and mass tort lawsuits filed in federal and state courts.
Beth has defended complex litigation involving significant personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage arising out of mass accidents. Beth also works with clients in the supply chain of regulated industries to identify and manage legal risk, partnering with clients to execute on their business goals.
