Elizabeth A. Buckley

Liz represents banks and other financial institutions in single-lender and syndicated commercial debt financing transactions, such as revolving and term loan credit facilities, and advises clients on structuring financing transactions. Her experience includes documenting, closing, and maintaining many types of financial transactions, including large, syndicated cash flow and asset-based credit facilities, and documenting the workout and restructuring of existing credit facilities. Liz has drafted and negotiated loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents for single lender and syndicated loans to companies in a variety of industries, including health care.
