Eleanor a specialist international injury lawyer and head of the international personal injury team at Enable Law. She has over 20 years of experience acting on behalf of people that have suffered injuries abroad ranging from serious orthopaedic injuries to spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and fatalities. Her expertise includes RTA’s, Package Holiday claims, skiing accidents and accidents on board aircraft. Eleanor has a particular focus in skiing accidents but also deal with the full spectrum of International Personal Injury work including claims under the Package Travel Regulations, RTA’s together with Athens and Montreal Convention claims.
Eleanor is fluent in a number of European languages having lived, studied and worked in France, Spain and Germany.
She is recognised as a Senior Litigator by APIL as well as an APIL accidents abroad accredited specialist and assessor.
