Edmund specialises in international and domestic construction, engineering and infrastructure projects and professional negligence. Edmund acts in domestic litigation and international arbitration. Recent examples concern the design and construction of an LNG import terminal, the delivery of a very large logistics hub in Oman, the construction of a data centre in Europe, the design and construction of a number of blocks of luxury residential apartments in Asia, a claim following the collapse of a drilling rig, the design and construction of a major luxury residential development in central London, flooding of domestic properties in central London, claims of professional negligence in connection with geotechnical engineering and geoenvironmental services, numerous cladding cases and a substantial dispute under a term partnering agreement.
