Marc Lixenberg

Marc specialises in the fields of construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, information technology, professional negligence, shipbuilding and general commercial arbitration. He has experience of domestic litigation and arbitration conducted under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules. He has acted for a wide range of contractors, private employers, government departments and local authorities. He has also acted for and against a range of professionals (including engineers, architects, surveyors and project managers). He has been instructed for parties and on disputes based in a number of jurisdictions, including Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.

Educated at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge (MA, 1st Class) and Harvard Law School (LLM).
