Dulce Mª Miranda is partner of the IP and Technology Law practice of Deloitte legal in Spain.

Career

Dulce joined Deloitte Legal in 2015 and she leads the IP&IT Law practice. She holds more than 28 years of experience in all areas of Intellectual Property, mainly patents, trademarks, and copyright. Dulce is also an expert in the legal aspects of intangibles taxation. She was appointed by the European Commission as a member of the group of independent experts on intellectual property valuation.

She has been singled out as a leading lawyer in the industrial property field by the most important directories, including Chambers&Partners Europe and Global, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Leaders League.

Dulce holds a degree in Law from San Pablo CEU University and is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Worldwide Intellectual Property Organization.
