José María Gómez Rosende

José María Gómez Rosende is Tax Partner at Deloitte Legal in Spain.

Jose María is responsible of Deloitte Tax in the Consumer Business sector as well as in the Real Estate Funds subsector of Deloitte Spain. He is also head of Tax and Legal learning of Deloitte Spain and member of tax experts group assisting the Spanish Venture Capital Association (ASCRI).

José María is an expert in the tax structuring of corporate mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence procedures, international tax planning of multinational groups, financial reorganization, and tax advice on design of carried interest structures for private equity funds and design of management incentive plans on private equity transactions.

He is recognized by Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Chambers.

Jose María holds a degree in Law from the University of Navarra, a master´s degree in Private Client Taxation from the Garrigues Business School and an executive master´s degree in Private Client Taxation from the same Business School.
