Fernando Ruiz joined Deloitte Legal y 2020. He has more than 18 years of experience in advising national and international companies in all areas of Labor Law. He is an expert in senior management relationships, collective redundancy procedures, restructuring processes, and legal assistance to companies on a day-by-day basis.

He has extensive experience handling collective bargaining agreements and collective redundancy processes under insolvency situations.

Fernando has also experience applying malus and clawback provisions in the banking business sector.
