Ignacio Sanjurjo

Ignacio Sanjurjo is Deloitte’s Partner in charge of the legal area in the Institutional Investors industry in Deloitte Legal in Spain.

Ignacio joined Deloitte Legal in 2015 from Cuatrecasas (2000-2015, where he was a partner) to lead the Corporate and M&A group of Deloitte Legal at the Barcelona office.

With an extensive professional experience in business law, Ignacio advises national and international companies and groups on M&A, company law, corporate governance matters, business reorganizations and commercial collaboration agreements. Specifically, he advises both domestic and cross-border corporate (from a wide range of industries) and private equity buyers and sellers on M&A, including due diligences (vendor or buy-side) and legal assistance in the structuring and implementation of transactions.
