She has advised clients on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private offerings of stock and debt, spin-offs, and joint ventures. She has also represented clients in a variety of tax controversy matters.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Dora served as attorney-advisor to the Honorable Carolyn Chiechi of the U.S. Tax Court.
Dora received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University and received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University.
