His main expertise is in Merger and Acquisitions both from a national and international dimension, including coordination of multijurisdictional transaction preparing due diligence reports, drafting and negotiating share/assets/business purchase agreements. He also has vast experience in corporate reorganisations, mainly mergers and demergers, not only domestic but also cross-border in which he has been very active recently.
He joined the Firm on 2010 after initiating his career in Garrigues. He holds the position of secretary non-director in more than forty companies, most of them subsidiaries of international groups. This provides him with a unique vision to fully understand the legal structure of the companies, allowing him to be very practical in the approach to a transaction or reorganisation plan.
