Diego Cruz-Villalón

Diego Cruz-Villalón is Counsel of the Corporate and M&A Department at Eversheds Sutherland's Madrid office.

His professional activity is focused on the commercial and contractual work for national and international clients. In the commercial area, he stands out with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and financing operations. Diego holds the position of secretary at many board of directors at leading companies, so he is also an expert on the carry-on of the secretariat.

In the contractual field, Diego stands out in the advice on a regular basis regarding national and international contracts relative to commercial and civil contracts. Such regular advice includes drafting and negotiation of the contracts (among others, agency, distribution, supplying, etc.).
