Dawn is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke’s commercial disputes and international arbitration team, focusing in particular on technology, life sciences and corporate disputes.
Dawn regularly acts for clients in the early stages of disputes assisting them to resolve issues commercially, including by way of mediation and other forms of ADR. She is experienced in handling heavyweight litigation claims and arbitral proceedings, including with an international element.
Dawn also advises Life Sciences and Healthcare clients in a range of contractual claims and frequently manages corporate and shareholder disputes.
