David Reina is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Development and Finance and Hospitality practices. He has experience in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, leases and real estate fund formations.
David has represented various owners, investors, managers and developers in a broad range of transactional work for hospitality, gaming, mixed-use and office projects throughout North America and Europe. In addition, he routinely represents equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and governance. He has also represented various corporate clients on real estate matters related to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
