David Nava

David advises both national and international investors, as well as companies and management teams, on Venture Capital and M&A transactions in a wide variety of sectors, including Technology, Media & Communications, Life Sciences and Real Estate, with special focus on the student accommodation sector.

He is ranked by Chambers Europe as an "Associate to watch" in the category of "Private Equity: Venture Capital", as well as by Best Lawyers as a leading lawyer in Spain in the categories of "Corporate and M&A", "Private Equity" and "Venture Capital"

In addition to transactional work, David regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and reorganisations.

David joined the Osborne Clarke team in Barcelona on September 2014, after graduating at Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona and obtaining his LLM in International Business Law at ESADE Business and Law School. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
