Dave Maiorana is a first-chair trial lawyer with a notable combination of significant experience as a United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Examiner and nearly 30 years litigating complex IP matters. He has represented clients in district court patent litigation around the country and in the International Trade Commission.
