David Lender, Co-Chair of Weil’s global Litigation Department, has more than 25 years of experience litigating and trying bet-the-company class action and complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts around the country, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His practice is focused on antitrust, consumer fraud, contracts, patent, and IP disputes, among others. He has tried more than 20 cases to verdict as first chair, and serves as primary and longstanding outside counsel to a wide range of market-leading companies. Representative clients include Dow Chemical, eBay, Eli Lilly, ExxonMobil, General Electric, Nuance Communications, and C&S Wholesale Grocers. He is a recognized expert on e-discovery and co-authored the treatise, Electronic Discovery: Law and Practice.
