Focuses on energy regulatory and markets matters, including mergers/acquisitions, RTO markets, enforcement, rates, siting, development and affiliate issues. Negotiates structured energy transactions relating to electric and gas products. Leads administrative litigation before federal and state regulators. Advises on federal/state energy legislation/regulations, and matters before FERC, DOE, and state public utility commissions.
