David has extensive experience advising sponsors, utilities, contractors, commercial lenders, infrastructure funds, export credit agencies, multilateral agencies and development banks on major international projects and project financings across a wide variety of sectors, including power, oil and gas (including LNG), petrochemical and transportation and social infrastructure.
