Darin Schultz advises on secured lending transactions in the energy sector, working with clients on financings through every stage of the business life cycle. His practice focuses primarily on representing borrowers, including emerging ventures, established companies and private equity sponsors, in a wide variety of syndicated financings. Darin has extensive experience in deals involving upstream, midstream and oilfield services companies; acquisition finance; and project finance. He has also represented lenders in a variety of transactions.
