Practice Areas

Ms. Cole’s practice focuses exclusively on construction and the representation of construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, and owner/developers with whom she collaborates on the pursuit, procurement, and successful performance of construction projects. She has a broad base of experience in the commercial, sports, energy, health care, industrial, and infrastructure sectors providing counsel and representation in contentious and non­-contentious matters. Ms. Cole’s practice activities include corporate-counsel, project counsel, and project support services; drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related contractual agreements; evaluating and addressing compliance issues; evaluation, preparation, and presentation of change orders and claims; counseling and assistance with defaults, terminations, risk management, project team training, and advocacy in dispute proceedings.

Career

Prior to founding Blueprint Construction Counsel, Ms. Cole was a Partner with Peckar & Abramson. Her clients include a number of the largest companies ranked by Engineering News Record.
