Ms. Cole collaborates with clients to facilitate the successful procurement, performance, and completion of a construction project by providing counsel, assistance, and advocacy through any and all phases of the project. Her practice activities include: procurement-related services; counsel on business and contract-related considerations/strategies; drafting and negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming and joint venture agreements, and other ancillary agreements; project counsel and project support services designed to proactively identify, eliminate, mitigate, and resolve project risk-related issues; workforce training; corporate counsel services; claims preparation and defense; and, representation in contentious matters including complex mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
