Danielle Bush is senior legal counsel at McCarthy Tetrault LLP and the co-chair of the firm’s national gaming law group. Danielle is one of Canada’s leading gaming lawyers. She has decades of experience providing legal advice and services to most of the major players in the gaming industry. Danielle’s clients include online casino operators and sportsbooks, gaming service suppliers, affiliates, sweepstakes operators, gaming regulators, gaming software companies, payment processors, lottery corporations, and charitable gaming providers. Danielle and a team of the firm’s experienced gaming law litigators represent private gaming industry members, either singly or in coalitions, in litigation matters ranging from responsible gaming claims through to matters involving the statutory interpretation of Canada’s gaming laws. She advises clients on a full range of gaming matters from regulatory, legislative and policy changes affecting Canadian gaming law to negotiating and drafting industry-related commercial agreements including joint venture and B2B service agreements.
