Daniela Todeschi

Customs & Foreign Trade

Daniela Todeschi is an attorney graduated from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires and serves as Expert Counsel in the Customs & Foreign Trade Department at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

She has extensive experience advising national and international companies on matters related to import and export regulations, trade restrictions, licenses and certifications, customs valuation, antidumping measures, regional integration, foreign exchange matters, audits, and administrative and litigation proceedings arising from international trade operations.

She completed a postgraduate program in Customs Law and Integration at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, further strengthening her academic background and specialization in the field.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
