Daniel Landim is a senior associate in the Employment & Benefits practice at Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, based in the Rio de Janeiro office. He has extensive experience in labor consultancy and strategic labor litigation, advising and representing national and foreign clients, including large companies in the sectors of energy, construction, technology, oil & gas, banking, capital markets, education, life sciences, pharmaceutical industry, among others.
He also has experience in union relations, developing collective bargaining strategies, drafting and reviewing collective bargaining agreements. He also provides advice on matters related to immigration, business restructuring and acts in due diligences to support corporate and financial market operations, assessing labor contingencies.
Daniel also represents clients in labor arbitrations, administrative and judicial proceedings, including investigative proceedings and defense of public civil actions, as well as working on the preparation, review and implementation of variable compensation, salary plans and executive compensation.
