Vilmar specializes in environmental and public law, focusing on crisis management and strategic representation in both judicial and administrative proceedings. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of environmental law issues, with particular emphasis on negotiations related to agribusiness, basic sanitation, natural resource exploitation, and the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity, as well as oil and gas exploration. He is also experienced in managing solid waste from healthcare resources, promoting circular economy initiatives, and advancing sustainability efforts. With a proactive and strategic mindset, Vilmar delivers effective solutions to the complex challenges his clients face, ensuring compliance and fostering responsible practices in their operations.

His extensive experience includes representing clients in multi-party negotiations, mediation, civil inquiries, public civil actions, parliamentary investigative committees (CPIs), and negotiating Consent Decrees (TACs).

From the outset of each project, he assists in creating a responsibility matrix, reviewing pertinent regulations, and ensuring the effective implementation of robust policies.
