Daniel J Michalchuk

Daniel J. Michalchuk is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and the practice group leader of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group.

Mr. Michalchuk represents project sponsors and financial institutions in a variety of domestic and international project financings in the energy and infrastructure space.

Mr. Michalchuk is ranked Band 1 in Chambers USA for Projects (USA). He received a B.A. from Queen's University, Canada, an M.A. in International Relations from Carleton University, Canada, an LL.B. from University of Ottawa, Canada and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center. He is top ranked by Chambers USA in Projects-Nationwide. Mr. Michalchuk is admitted to practice in New York.
