He has advised on some of the most environmentally-sensitive corporate restructurings in the past 20 years, regularly spearheading negotiations with regulators and other interested parties to reach innovative solutions to intractable legal issues. He has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including renewable and traditional power generation, oil and gas, infrastructure and manufacturing.
