Represents distressed and special-situation investors in connection with distressed mergers and acquisitions as well as various financing arrangements. She has represented clients in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters across a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, metals and mining, automotive, general manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, cable, retail and shipping.
