Atara Miller

Ms. Miller’s practice focuses on federal and state court litigation of complex commercial matters and bankruptcy-related litigation. She has extensive experience trying cases and also managing disputes out of court, and in mediation. Ms. Miller regularly represents financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in class actions, securities and breach of fiduciary duty actions. She has tried jury and non-jury trials in federal courts across the country. Ms. Miller also has significant experience in the financial restructuring space, having litigated through trial multiple fraudulent transfer claims and adversary proceedings and prosecuted fraudulent misrepresentation claims on behalf of secured lenders.
