Marcus Dougherty’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in senior lending transactions. He also frequently represents direct lenders in unitranche financings, privately placed second lien loans and other junior capital, including holding company loans and preferred equity.
Mr. Dougherty is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP, he leads the leveraged finance practice in the US and is co-head of the firm’s Global Leveraged Finance Group.
