Daniel J. Michalchuk is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. Mr. Michalchuk represents project sponsors and financial institutions in numerous domestic and international project financings. His experience spans various industries and sectors, including conventional power and power transmission, oil, gas, LNG and petrochemicals and renewable energy. Mr. Michalchuk also has experience in a diverse set of other industries and sectors, including metals and mining, traditional infrastructure and telecom/communications/satellites.
