Dan’s practice is focused on project development and negotiating agreements between project proponents and Indigenous communities in the mining and energy industries, Aboriginal law, and mining and environmental law. Dan has extensive experience advising domestic and international companies on permitting and environmental law, sustainability strategies, and agreements with project stakeholders. Also advises clients in the mining and energy space on permitting and environmental law, as well as commercial agreements.
