Daniel Aaron Losk

Daniel A. Losk advises sponsors and investment managers in connection with private capital formation transactions, including private equity, energy/climate infrastructure and credit fund formation, fund-of-one, separately managed account, co-investment, joint venture, continuation fund, and other sponsor-driven transactions.

He also is accomplished in counseling insurance companies, global pension funds, and other institutional investors in connection with their private fund investments and consortia, joint venture, and platform investment transactions. In addition, Daniel counsels clients in connection with the structuring and implementation of investments in sports-related businesses. His diverse transactional experience has also included advising clients on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and general corporate transactions.
