Cristina Man

Cristina is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions department of Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law, acting as the head of our Venture Capital Investments working group.

Cristina has been practising law for more than 15 years and has specialized in Tech M&A, having a leading role in the dedicated Group for this specialism within the larger M&A Department. Proving a creative approach and solution-oriented thinking, Cristina has a broad expertise in complex M&A transactions; while historically she has assisted clients active in various industries, she has specialized in the technology sector. She works with market-leading companies producing some of the most cutting-edge technology in the world and the range of her client base includes multinationals and tech companies, (such as Brillio, Glory Ltd.), investment funds (Gapminder VC fund, DayOne Capital, Resource Partners, The Rohatyn Group, Corporate Finance House), start-ups (CODA Intelligence, Beez, Xvision, Ialoc) and their founders (Pitech, Froala), as well as users of tech services.

Moreover, Cristina has significant experience working on sophisticated projects and coordinating all phases of transactions, starting with outlining the deal structure, coordinating due diligence analysis, as well as structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, undertaking completion actions and performing post-closing monitoring.

With a strong knowledge in corporate law and as a general practice, Cristina advises foreign and domestic clients on day-to-day matters, corporate restructuring, asset transfers, business optimization by means of mergers, absorptions, spin-offs, or other such operations.
