Craig has litigated cases before various forums, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, numerous federal district and state courts, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, various boards of contract appeals, and the American Arbitration Association.
