Craig Holman chairs the firm’s Government Contracts and National Security practices, litigates claims, terminations, and protests involving federal, state, and local government contracts. He litigates government contracts related business disputes between prime contractors and subcontractors, teaming partners, and competitors and defends False Claims Act cases. He has numerous published decisions. Craig also routinely counsels clients on a variety of federal procurement law issues including intellectual property protection, procurement integrity, anti-counterfeit rules, personal and organizational conflicts of interest, funding issues, the government contractor defense, and other matters.
