Craig Waldman, who co-chairs Jones Day's global Antitrust Practice, has more than 20 years’ experience representing companies in antitrust government investigations and private litigations, and counseling clients on managing antitrust risk in daily business activities. Craig's work has included all areas of antitrust, including mergers, agreements among competitors, vertical distribution issues, price discrimination, criminal antitrust matters, monopolization, intellectual property licensing and trade regulation. Craig is a former attorney in the FTC’s Mergers I Division, former adjunct professor at Berkeley and Hastings Law Schools, has lectured at Stanford, and has served in numerous leadership roles in the ABA’s Antitrust Section.
