Cory serves as Chair of Frost Brown Todd’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in a wide array of complex litigation, as well as investigative, administrative, and regulatory matters. Cory’s practice is local, regional and national. He appears before trial and appellate courts, often serving as first chair on significant or high-profile matters, at both the state and federal levels. And he represents clients regularly in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Cory has substantial experience conducting internal corporate investigations and representing companies and individuals before agencies and departments.
