Colin is a Partner in the real estate team specialising in all areas of residential and mixed use development.

He joined Osborne Clarke in May 2018 having been head of the Bristol office and head of the residential development team at his previous firm.

He has a deep understanding of the residential sector and advises numerous FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 house builders as well as working with local and regional developers, registered providers and landowners. Colin acts on acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, regeneration schemes and also has a full understanding of the "cradle to grave" delivery of a development which really assists with his sector knowledge.

Colin qualified as a Lawyer in 2000 and has spent most of his career specialising in development work.
