Cliff Yang heads the patent prosecution practice as a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm. His practice covers patent prosecution, invalidation, litigation, and transaction. Before joining Zhong Lun, he worked at leading Chinese firms as a senior patent attorney and a US firm as representative counsel for years. He represents a bunch of MNCs and start-ups in patent prosecution with patent offices in China, the US, South Korea, Europe, and Japan. He also acted as a counsel in many IP disputes, FTO analysis, and transactions, earning acclaim as a rising star in patent matters in China from many of his clients.
