Cindy jointly heads PwC Legal’s Employment Law and Dispute Resolution practices. Her legal expertise includes all aspects of employment and social security law, mainly through supporting clients in a day-to-day HR issues (drafting of contracts, internal policies and assistance on disciplinary procedures). She regularly advises international clients who establish operational businesses in Luxembourg, particularly concerning international labour mobility issues in transferring staff to Luxembourg. She is regularly involved in major reorganization operations including transfers of undertaking, outsourcing and similar restructuring projects, as well as advising on all aspects of the collective redundancy process. She also deals with employee benefit schemes such as pension plans, stock option plans and other incentive schemes. From a dispute resolution aspect, Cindy also has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial banking and civil matters including complex shareholders and partnership disputes. She is recognized for her strategic approach towards litigation, and ensures that alternative methods to litigation are assessed where appropriate.
