Régis is Avocat à la Cour. He joined MOLITOR in June 2017 and is the partner heading up MOLITOR’s Employment, Pensions & Immigration department.
Régis is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA). He is also a member of the “Commission droit social” (i.e. the Commission of Labour Law which is part of the Luxembourg Bar and was recently set up in February 2020).
Régis is a highly experienced employment lawyer with a broad commercial practice. He advises clients in a variety of matters such as disputed redundancies, immigration, work permits, pension rights and all types of labour issues, including transfer of employment and social plans. Régis has 19 years’ experience and a long-standing record of representing and advising individuals and multinational groups in Luxembourg and abroad, in both transactional and litigation matters.
