Régis is Avocat à la Cour. He joined MOLITOR in June 2017 and is the partner heading up MOLITOR’s Employment, Pensions & Immigration department.
Régis is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA). He is also a member of the “Commission droit social” (i.e. the Commission of Labour Law which is part of the Luxembourg Bar and was recently set up in February 2020).
Régis is a seasoned employment lawyer with extensive business law expertise. Régis delivers tailored, strategic advice on key employment matters, including executive lifecycle management (from recruitment to exit), compensation and benefits (tax-efficient structures, incentive plans), cross-border international mobility (including immigration issues), social security, GDPR and privacy. He also advises on collective bargaining agreements, individual and collective dismissals (social plans), corporate restructuring, and contested redundancies. Having joined the Luxembourg Bar in 2003, Régis has a strong track record advising both individuals and multinational organisations in Luxembourg and internationally, across transactional and litigation matters.
