• Cross-border and international working relationship: Given Luxembourg's international business landscape, we assist companies in managing employee mobility, addressing legal, social security, immigration and tax implications under complex multinational rules. As a domestic law firm with an international focus, we have established relationships with foreign employment lawyers, particularly in France, Italy, Belgium, Germany and in the UK.

• Partnership and governance matters: We offer expertise in relation with the status of directors and managers (labour, social security and tax aspects), the structuring and drafting of partnership agreements, remuneration policies and incentive plans for management and staff, as well as hiring and exit process of partners and top management.
