Chris advises clients on complex public and private sector procurement infrastructure projects, such as universities, health, security, housing, defence, waste and energy, education and equipment.

Chris has over 28 years of experience advising clients across a variety of sectors which embrace; Real Estate & Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare & Tech, Media & Comms.

Typically Chris advises either consortia or the public sector looking to enter into public private partnerships to deliver assets or services over a long concession period. He has considerable experience of managing public procurement procedures particularly where that entails either a competitive dialogue or use of the negotiated procedure.
