Career
Christina M. Janice has over 30 years’ experience as a litigator and co-lead counsel in some of the largest commercial and employment class and multidistrict litigations in the nation, and as in-house head of litigation and human resources compliance for an S&P 500 multinational company. She defends complex and single plaintiff litigation, and counsels on labor & employment diligence for mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, human resources compliance, DEI and policy planning, wage and hour compliance, occupational and workplace safety, and crisis communications. She also conducts C-Suite and executive-level investigations.
