Career
Christina M. Janice has over 30 years’ experience as a litigator and co-lead counsel in some of the largest commercial and employment class and multidistrict litigations in the nation, and as in-house head of litigation and human resources compliance for an S&P 500 multinational company. She defends complex and single plaintiff litigation, and counsels on labor & employment diligence for mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, human resources compliance, DEI and policy planning, wage and hour compliance, occupational and workplace safety, and crisis communications. She also conducts C-Suite and executive-level investigations. Licensed in Illinois, New York and Ohio; named The Legal 500 USA Recommended Attorney (2016), In House Labor and Employment Law Team of the Year (2014), and Martindale-Hubbell Top Rated Lawyer for Litigation (2015); recipient National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Award of Merit (2009).
